Shipping & Handling

All prices shown in our webshop are excluded shipping costs. These costs will be charged separately, based on actual transportation and import invoices.
The customer is responsible to make sure the correct delivery address is given. JDC Automated Packing Solutions will not be responsible for items that are undeliverable or returned to sender for any reason.

Delivery time

Normal delivery time depending on your shipping address and product availability is 1-20 days. For special delivery time send an email to: info@jdcpacking.com

Returns and cancellations

If for any reason the product you have ordered does not meet your expectations and you wish to return it, please send it back to us, in the same condition in which we supplied it to you, with proof of purchase, within 14 days of receipt by you and we will arrange for it to be refunded or exchanged at your option. If you wish to cancel your order please contact us immediately. You must return the goods to us in their original condition.
Returning goods is not possible for companies and institutions unless otherwise agreed before placing an order.
